• SaaS platform for ISP and telecom operations
• Network monitoring and workflow automation
• Customer management and billing systems
• Infrastructure mapping and analytics tools

Our platform acts as an operational layer over existing networks, not a replacement for underlying telecom infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate data
• Use the platform legally
• Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the system
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials

4. Operator Responsibilities

Operators using LNO must:

• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations
• Handle customer relationships and disputes
• Maintain accuracy of customer data
• Obtain user consent where required

5. Payments & Fees

• Platform usage may be subscription-based or transaction-based
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• Pricing may change with prior notice

6. Data & Platform Usage

• Operators retain ownership of customer data
• LNO may process data to deliver services
• LNO may use anonymized data for analytics and improvement

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, or network issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LNO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Not responsible for operator service failures
• Not responsible for ISP network outages

9. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and technology remain the property of LNO Technology Pvt Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment defaults occur
• Misuse is detected

Operators may terminate as per their contract terms.

11. Compliance & Regulations

Users must comply with telecom regulations, data protection laws, and applicable government policies of India.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
